GIVEAWAY RULES

Giveaways are ran by our team at our discretion using BOTRIX, a raffle widget that provides a 100% randomized selection tool to those that enter through a specified code word that has to be typed in the chat.

1. All giveaways are FREE to enter.

2. To enter the giveaways, you only need to type FRESH in chat during the designated time while live.

3. To claim a giveaway if you are a WINNER, you need to type in chat within the time BOTRIX needs input in chat to claim, alongside join the Freshen Up Energy discord and/or create a ticket or message Jordan or Ilyza to provide a real address or PO Box.

4. Giveaway items can take 1-4 weeks to ship and be delivered.

5. Giveaways can be re-gifted after 30 days if unclaimed by following the rules by the winning recipient.

6. Winners outside of the U.S. will now receive a gift card equal to the cost of the item instead of the physical product due to shipping and customs restrictions.

7. All shipping information will be provided inside of the ticket created in our Discord. Please allow 7-14 days for prizes to ship.
